Please click menu ‘setting >> cash book. You will find your cash books. Click ‘edit’ on one of them then change the number on the column ‘first balance’
How To Change Language?
Please click ‘setting” >> “user’ or setting >> my account, for mobile version. Choose the language you wish to use then click ‘save’
Why My Date And Time Is Always Different To What It Should?
Maybe you were wrong in choosing time zone. Please click menu ‘setting’ >> “user” or ‘setting’ >> my account for mobile version. Choose time zone according to your area, then save.
What If I Need Offline Backup Data?
You can download financial data in PDF format. Click PDF icon in Report page.
If I Use AKUN In Android Or Ios, Should I Re-Register If I Want To Use AKUN On Desktop?
No need to. Once again, if you register at AKUN either it by android, iphone, or your browser, you can automatically able to login from all. Data you’ve entered at AKUN on browser version will automatically appear at android, and vice versa.
I Want To Repeat Recording From The Beginning, Can I Delete/Reset All My Transactions?
Yes you can. Please login at AKUN for browser version (https://www.akun.biz/apps), then open menu ‘setting’ >> user & account. You will find ‘cash book reset’. Click reset link and follow the next step.
If I Upgrade To AKUN Premium Version By Hand Phone, Does The Browser Version Will Also Upgraded?
Every time you upgrade either it by browser or hand phone, then all application versions from android, ios and browser will be upgraded automatically.
Why The Price For Paypal Payment Method And In-App Purchase For Android/Ios Is Different?
We intentionally provide many payment methods, which are bank transfer (for Indonesia only), paypal, and in-app purchase at android and ios. Price for each payment method is different, depend on how much commission we have to pay to the payment method’s provider. But you are free to choose payment method. Please choose which payment method that is suitable (or cheapest) for you.
I Need Premium Activation Soon As Possible. What Kind Of Payment Method Should I Choose?
You can use PayPal (on desktop/browser version), or in-app purchase on android and ios. Premium service will be automatically activated after payment is done. If you use bank transfer, premium service cannot be activated immediately since we need time to check your transfer into our account.
I’ve Done Payment Via Bank Transfer And Confirmed The Payment,. When Will My Premium Service Be Activated?
In normal condition, premium service will be active in less than an hour after you send us payment confirmation. Indeed, in certain situations premium activation can take longer, for below reasons:
- It is done not in work days, such as Saturday, Sunday or national holiday
- It is done not in working hours, for example you do the transfer and send confirmation at 2 am.
- It is a pending transfer. We often met cases where transfer didn’t reach our account immediately in real time but pending, sometimes to several hours. It happens usually because the bank is doing system maintenance (usually on weekend, or midnight), transfer is done from different bank, or transfer is using LLG and RTGS.
